Returns
As a small business, all sales are final from this shop and we unfortunately are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time for any reason. Please take the time to read all product descriptions, look at product images carefully, and ask us any questions you may have through our contact page or email before purchase:)
All items in your cart will also be listed out clearly before purchase, please take the time to review those items carefully before purchase as these terms also apply to duplicate items.
Items that are returned to sender due to a customer address error will unfortunately need to be recharged the shipping rate. Please double check your cart and shipping information before completing your order! We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order from us upon reception. If you notice that the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the order issue and make it right. You have 7 days after order delivery to make a claim with our shop, we cannot accept any claims after 7 days. If your item is damaged, please include photos of damages with your email. Please contact us through our contact page or directly at hello@blysspaper.com.
